Digital Signoff Engineer

Overview of Role

TSMC's Design Flow Signoff team is looking for a design flow and automation engineer at Austin Design Center and you will be reporting to Director of Design Flow Signoff Department. Our team is covering a wide variety of tools, from implementation to timing/EM/IR/power modeling and analysis. We are currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office.

Minimum Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering - if New College Graduate (0-2 years experience), must have a Master's Thesis submitted
• Python, C/C++, ML/AI, Unix experience required
• Experience with EDA tools for circuit simulation, timing analysis and standard cell library characterization is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with digital design flows, especially signoff flows also desirable
• Understanding of how digital devices and standard cells work

Pay Transparency / Benefits statement

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $115,000 and $165,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location. TSMC's total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. We also offer extensive development opportunities and programs.
