Our user-friendly technology eliminates internal channel conflicts, thereby maximizing your sales potential.You will utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, which will help build a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected, and you have the option to attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance your sales opportunities.Participate in our dynamic 5-week Sales Residency program that equips you with the essential skills and industry knowledge to succeed. As a unique benefit, you'll be provided with a company-owned air-conditioned vehicle for business use, empowering you to hit the ground running. Additionally, each new employee will have the opportunity to attend a one-week onsite training and coaching event where they will meet leaders, peers, and learn through hands-on experience about the job.
