Mold Remediation Technician

Pure Maintenance of Orlando – Orlando, FL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional Saturday work (planned in advance, never on-call)

What You'll Do

  • Perform mold and pathogen remediation using our proprietary two-step dry-fog system

  • Set up and break down containment when needed

  • Safely complete mold remediation protocols and cleanings.

  • Take photos and report back to manager for each project

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and property managers

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Comfortable working in homes, crawl spaces, and attics (PPE provided)

  • Reliable transportation to our shop in Orlando each morning

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Previous restoration, remediation, or construction experience
