What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you'll work directly with customers to make their sales and service experience smooth and positive. You'll guide them through the enrollment process, answer questions, and provide clear, friendly customer service every step of the way.

Daily responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate:

  • Supporting sales campaigns by introducing Frontier's home service options and helping customers choose what fits their needs best.
  • Providing personalized customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding and setup experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system to keep sales and customer service teams aligned.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any enrollment or activation issues through clear communication and reliable customer service follow-up.
  • Sharing insights that help improve sales results and enhance the overall customer service experience.

What We're Looking For in the Entry Level Customer Service Associate:

  • A high school diploma or GED (college coursework in business, communications, or customer service is a plus).
  • Great communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and the drive to grow your sales career.
