Graduate Civil Engineer - Land Development
Halff has an opening for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Dallas, TX office for our Land Development team. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Land Development design. Graduate Civil Engineer - Land Development Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and design of Land Development projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
  • Perform schematic design work, calculations and analysis for design projects
  • Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
  • Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors and contractors
  • Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

Graduate Civil Engineer - Land Development Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record
  • The ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one (1) year of start date
  • Technical experience with CADD

Graduate Civil Engineer - Land Development Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Land Development projects (New graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Knowledge of local codes and design criteria
