The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with advanced apparel design and prototyping expertise, a deep understanding of garment construction and materials integration, and a strong portfolio of platform-building projects. You are a storyteller, innovator, and team builder who inspires others to push boundaries and shape the next generation of performance and style.

  • Lead the creation of future product platforms, establishing new standards for silhouette, construction, and chassis systems
  • Partner closely with Innovation to translate blue-sky thinking into actionable, buildable frameworks
  • Define best practices across new material trials, construction innovation, and silhouette exploration
  • Collaborate with In-Line Design to ensure platforms empower seasonal execution with consistency and creativity
  • Oversee project management and workflow across Craft Design, Form Design, and Sample Making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure platform integration across the product engine
