Job Description: Tuopu USA, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment, including water jets, ovens, and presses. This role requires expertise in electro-pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, with a focus on ensuring optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including water jet machines, ovens, and presses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry's best practices and emerging technologies to enhance maintenance processes.
  • Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial robots (ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa) as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English. Bilingual skills are a strong asset and will be considered a plus.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Solid knowledge of electro-pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Preferred experience in diagnosing and repairing PLCs and industrial automation equipment.
  • Familiarity with robotic platforms such as ABB, Fanuc, and Yaskawa is highly desirable.
  • Must be proficient in working with safety PLCs and safety circuit systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
