Salary Range: $400,000.00 per year

Mon-Fri Schedule
- A current, valid P&C license in CA
- Excited to use the latest insurance broker technology
- 2-3 years of personal lines sales experience, preferred
- College degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and carrier partners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with carrier requirements
- Ability to turn cold calls warm leads customers
- Willingness to market yourself in the community
- Utilizing Truvos in-house AMS/CRM/comparative rater to reach out to customers and obtain quotes through our various carrier partners
- Create marketing campaigns using our tech to maintain customer relationships
- Develop referral partnerships within the community - especially with lenders, realtors, mortgage brokers and car dealerships
- Provide feedback to tech team on improvements or issues with the platform
- Adhere to all underwriting guidelines and carrier requirements with respect to new business
- Follow up promptly with customers regarding endorsements, policy reviews and renewals
- Cross-sell lines of coverage (auto, home, umbrella, specialty) to existing customers
