Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face of our store, handling a variety of customer service tasks including shipping, printing, and notary services. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the role. This is a full-time position (part-time options may be available) with a starting pay of $15 per hour, plus exciting commission opportunities for bringing in business-to-business (B2B) deals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and recommending the best shipping, printing, or packaging solutions.
• Process shipping and mailbox transactions, including sorting and distributing mail efficiently.
• Handle print services, such as copying, printing, binding, and large-format jobs.
• Perform notary services (we'll cover training and certification if you don't have it already—bonus if you do).
• Operate office equipment for faxing, scanning, laminating, and other services.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist with inventory management.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and refer B2B leads for services like Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) campaigns, freight shipping, or bulk print orders.
• Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, patient attitude and ability to handle busy periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Basic computer proficiency (we'll train you on our systems).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for handling packages.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligibility for naval base access is required (e.g., valid ID or ability to pass background check).

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience at a UPS Store, FedEx Office, or similar shipping/print center is a big plus
• Transferable skills from retail, customer service, administrative roles, or military logistics—anything involving handling packages, documents, or client interactions.
• Notary certification (if you have it, great—we'll pay certification costs if needed).
• Sales experience, especially in identifying and closing B2B opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage: $15 per hour.
• Commission incentives: Earn additional income through commissions on B2B referrals you bring in, such as EDDM services, freight contracts, or large print projects (standard rates apply—typically 5-10% of the deal value based on industry norms, with potential for more on high-value deals). For example, if you close a single freight contract worth $2,000 dollars, It's $ in your pocket- on top of your hourly pay.
