Job Title: Structural Repair & Exclusion Specialist
Location: New York, NY (Queens)
Multiple Shifts Availible - Both include weekends. Must be able to work weekends.
Shift A: Full-Time | Friday-Monday | 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM (10 hours work/ 4 days week)
Shift B: Full-Time | Friday–Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours work/ 5 days week)
Pay: Competitive hourly wage between $25 and $35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

We're looking for a dependable, skilled Junior Carpenter to support our pest control operations. If you're experienced with structural repairs, handy with tools, and ready to work on a team that values quality and integrity — this role might be for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Repair pest-related damage to structures (e.g. wood rot, holes, chewed framing)
- Install pest and wildlife exclusion systems (e.g. screens, sealants, one-way doors)
- Perform basic finish carpentry: spackling, drywall repair, trim work, caulking
- Disconnect/reconnect appliances (e.g. dishwashers, fridges) for work access
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain safe, clean workspaces and follow all safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Drive a company-provided MMPC vehicle to job sites across NYC
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of carpentry experience (rough carpentry a plus)
- Skilled in basic repairs: drywall, spackling, cutting and shaping materials
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and other tight or elevated areas
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work Friday through Tuesday, including weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license with minimum 2 years of driving experience in New York City.
- Reliable and punctual, with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to work overtime when needed to complete time-sensitive projects
