Vice President, Integrated Solutions Delivery (ISD) Projects

Overview

The VP, ISD Projects, is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale Energy-as-a-Service projects, ensuring safety, measurable energy savings, cost control, and client satisfaction. This role oversees execution excellence, budgets, and leadership development across the regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure safety, savings, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
  • Implement consistent project management practices and quality standards.
  • Oversee budgets, P&L, forecasts, billings, and project cash positions.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts, manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks/issues; align portfolio with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and IS Delivery processes.
  • Provide leadership guidance, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with corporate resources.
  • Travel to project sites/office locations ~50%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 15+ years' experience managing projects $50M+.
  • Strong P&L, accounting, and financial management background.
  • Heavy MEP knowledge.
  • Proven leadership with ability to drive culture, collaboration, and results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Industry knowledge and competitor awareness.

Work Environment

  • Frequent travel (50%).
  • Ability to climb stairs, sit/stand for long periods, and move light objects (≤20 lbs).
