We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, particularly with high-end vehicles. This role requires a passion for customer service and the ability to work effectively with both hand tools and diagnostic equipment. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers.

Duties

  • Diagnose and repair , including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations.
  • Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
  • ensuring all work meets industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with manager about condition and recommended services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs.
  • Familiarity with GM vehicles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
  • Experience in welding is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to transmit information accurately between team members regarding vehicle status and repairs.
