We're opening an exciting new Italian–Mediterranean restaurant on Miami Beach and looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Barbacks to join our opening team This is an incredible opportunity to be part of something fresh, vibrant, and full of personality - where great food, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality come together.

As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Restock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and supplies before, during, and after shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of trash.
  • Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, cocktail batch preparations, and delivering drinks efficiently.
  • Handle deliveries, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper rotation and storage of supplies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
  • Actively participate in team communication, training sessions, and meetings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/bar.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
