The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the face and voice of TopGear Auto Auction. You'll provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to customers both in person and over the phone while assisting with day-to-day administrative operations.

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring every customer leaves with confidence, clarity, and a great impression of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, return missed calls, and follow up on online leads in a timely manner.
  • Process customer payments accurately and maintain transaction records.
  • Communicate with no-show customers and assist in rescheduling appointments.
  • Provide face-to-face customer support, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Review and explain sale documents with customers during the transaction process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area; ensure refreshments and materials are fully stocked.
  • File and organize paperwork according to company procedures.
  • Process outgoing mail and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or office administration (automotive industry experience preferred but not required).
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
  • Vehicle title experience preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $17–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
