Location: Sarasota, FL (In-Person)

Compensation: $25–$27 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary

The Senior Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring an outstanding experience for every client and partner.

This role requires a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, digital work environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service every day.

This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will bring extensive customer service experience, strong critical thinking skills, and a proven ability to work across departments to achieve company goals.

You'll report directly to the Director of Operations and have visibility across all customer service-related functions, including order entry, fulfillment, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and support needs.
• Manage order entry, fulfillment updates, and issue resolution with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, logistics, and accounting to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Anticipate customer needs and take proactive steps to resolve potential issues.
• Analyze service processes and identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively assist customers and internal teams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Uphold company values of respect, collaboration, and trust in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in wholesale, e-commerce, or distribution.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM or order management systems.
• Strong Microsoft office skills, to include Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
• High demand goods experience is a plus but not required.
