We are currently seeking a Clerical Support Specialist to join our administrative team. Experience Requirements

  • Proven administrative or clerical experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to multiple departments.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and update company records as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and internal communications.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Support the tracking and organization of office supplies and materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entry and documentation tasks.
