We're looking for a senior leader who can be both a strategist and a hands-on operator — someone who will drive the next phase of growth, transformation, and operational excellence for Blackstone Private Wealth. Acting as the COO's proxy, you will run point on our most critical private wealth strategic initiatives, working side-by-side with the me to design and deliver the initiatives that will allow us to scale several times over while maintaining the exceptional client experience we're known for.

This is a role for someone who can think big and execute flawlessly — building systems that work at scale, leading complex transformation programs across the firm, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable results. You will be the architect of the infrastructure, processes, and capabilities that will let us serve three to five times more clients without compromising performance.

In practice:

• Partnering with the COO to shape and execute operational transformation and modernization.
• Leading the build-out of scalable processes, robust systems, and clear organizational structures.
• Driving adoption of AI, automation, and innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and client service.
• Managing the human side of change so teams embrace new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Overseeing high-impact, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery.
• Keeping execution disciplined — clear goals, strong accountability, and continuous improvement capturing what worked and what did not previously.

Expected annual base salary range:

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
