Qualifications:

  • DCF State Mandated Child Care Training
  • Child Development Associate -preferred
  • Previous teaching position with in a preschool is preferred.
  • Certification or degree related to early childhood or preschool or elementary education is desirable, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Utilize classroom experience and leadership skills to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

- Implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and developmental stages of preschool students.

- Obtain and maintain Child Development Associate Certification to enhance teaching practices.

- Foster child development through interactive and educational activities.

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
