This is a unique opportunity for an RN leader who is passionate about patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, clinical operations, and staff development.

About the Role:

The RN Administrator provides overall management of the facility, ensuring quality care, safe operations, and compliance with Title 22, state regulations, and accreditation standards. You will lead clinical teams, supervise operations, and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in a warm and resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations, administrative functions, and facility management
  • Ensure compliance with Title 22, CMS guidelines, state licensure standards, and healthcare regulations
  • Implement company policies and quality assurance programs
  • Lead RN, LVN, and healthcare staff teams, supporting training, performance evaluations, and HR processes
  • Manage admissions, care coordination, documentation, and regulatory reporting
  • Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community referral partners
  • Support a safe, clean, and patient-friendly environment aligned with best practices in skilled nursing and subacute care
  • Drive quality improvement, staff engagement, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 2+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, subacute facility, or CLHF setting
  • Knowledge of Title 22 and California healthcare regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with healthcare partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic payroll/bookkeeping
