Job Overview

Role Responsibilities:

  • Help Assist with current book of business and open enrollments

- MUST be a licensed bilingual insurance agent

⦁ Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

⦁ Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.

⦁ Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.

⦁ Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.

⦁ Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.

⦁ Attend team meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

⦁* *Health and/or life insurance license required.

  • Bilingual

⦁ Proven industry experience.

⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

⦁ Self-motivated and results driven.

⦁ Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.

⦁ Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
