Graphic Designer

Lincoln is seeking a Graphic Designer to provide design and creative support to a regional marketing team supporting business development, property marketing and brand activation across multiple markets throughout the West.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials—including proposals, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and social assets—ensuring all creative work aligns with the company's brand identity and visual standards.
The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of fundamental graphic design principles and exhibits a discerning eye for creating visually compelling and effective designs. They demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork, and a consistently professional and approachable demeanor. This position reports directly to the Executive Creative Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design print and digital property marketing collateral (brochures, signage, emails, and social) using Lincoln-branded templates
- Create site plans, floor plans, aerials, and maps, and edit photos for property marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout
- Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years design experience; corporate in-house experience preferred
- Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
- Excellent skills using the core Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HubSpot—or equivalent email creator platform—is a plus
- Well organized, excellent time management and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience delivering multiple creative outputs on tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment—both in-person and remote
