Full-time, in-clinic therapist position in Las Cruces, NM, focusing on behavioral health within an integrated, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care team.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, MI, trauma models) to adults and adolescents with moderate-to-high acuity cases.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support co-occurring substance use cases in collaboration with medical staff and community partners.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, crisis intervention, safety planning, and documentation.
- Work evening shifts (Mon–Thu or Mon–Fri), with some flexibility, to improve access for working families.
Requirements include an independent LPCC or LMFT license in NM, experience with trauma or SUD preferred, and ability to work with diverse populations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
