Position Title: Office Manager
Reports to: TBD
Location: Knoxville, TN
Position Objective: The Office Manager ensures seamless office operations by delivering world-class administrative support, fostering efficient workflows and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for team members and clients.
Essential Functions
- Communicate directly with team members in a professional, friendly manner.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, department leads, and external partners
- Promptly answer calls and respond to emails
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement procedures to streamline office workflow
- Manage office budget, including tracking expenditures and processing invoices
- Maintain office appearance and coordinate facility needs
- Ensure data integrity organized filing systems
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of accounting preferred
