Position Overview:

As a Mover / Crew Lead at Modern Movers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe relocation of our clients' belongings. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and enjoyable team environment, where professionalism and camaraderie go hand in hand. Whether you have prior experience in the moving industry or are eager to start a new career, we welcome applicants who are dependable, motivated, and capable of delivering top-notch service.

MUST BE 21 TO APPLY AND PASS A DRUG TEST.

Mover / Crew Lead Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload furniture and belongings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Act as a Crew Lead, overseeing the moving crew, delegating tasks, and ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Drive box trucks, following all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork throughout the moving process.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including punctuality and reliability.
  • Assist with warehouse operations as needed.

Mover / Crew Lead Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Previous experience as a mover or related field is preferred (warehouse, warehouse associate, general laborer, laborer, handyman)
  • Box truck driving experience is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
