Job Summary:

This is a full-time, in-person Home Loan Advisor Trainee position. You'll be trained directly by top producers and company leaders in real estate finance. We provide paid training, leads, a guaranteed base salary, uncapped commission, and full benefits.

NO mortgage experience required – just bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to win.

Phase 1 – Learn the Business & Step Into Sales Months)

• Make outbound calls and transfer potential clients to Loan Advisor Mentor
• Learn how our CRM works and how we track opportunities
• Help manage follow-up and keep detailed notes on potential clients
• Support Top-producing Loan Advisor on live deals & Operational task
• Learn Loan programs & guidelines & the loan process Flow

Phase 2 – Become A Loan Advisor

• All the above + Manage your own client pipeline

What We're Looking For:

• Local to Carmel, IN – this role is 100% in-person
• No experience needed – but sales/real estate/finance background is a plus
• High energy, coachable, hungry to grow
• Money motivated – this is a six-figure+ opportunity
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors Degree in Business a +

Earning Potential -Loan Advisor ( Monthly Funded Volume/Units)

• $1.5M Funded Volume (5 Loans): $81,000/year
• $2M Funded Volume (6 Loans): $108,000/year
• $2.5M Funded Volume (7 Loans): $135,00/year
• $3M Funded Volume (9 Loans): $162,000/year
• $4M Funded Volume (12 Loans): $264,000/year
• $5M Funded Volume (15 Loans): $366,000/year

No cap. The more you close, the more you earn. Our Average Loan Advisor makes 100k+. When you hit 7 units/month Funded we will hire you a sales assistant to continue to help you continue to grow

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday-8:30-5:30
• Weekend availability as needed- Every Other Saturday 9-1
• Full-Time | In-Person
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (Preferred, not required)
