The Certified Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for processing, storing and inventorying medications on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in pharmaceuticals and know how to administer basic medications.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of prescription orders before dispensing to patients.
- Explain medication to patients.
- Process prescription orders.
- Read and record information pertaining to medications.
- Process insurance claims and authorizations.
- Prepare medications in a sterile environment.
- Prepare and store medical supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
