HW3 is partnered with a well-established regional bank that is looking for a Director, Talent Operations to join their HR and Talent team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving HR operations, talent acquisition, process improvement, and technology initiatives to support the bank's business goals.
About the Role:
This role involves leading a small team and overseeing HR operations, shared services, and talent acquisition processes. The Director will focus on improving efficiency, implementing technology and automation, and aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and talent operations professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of HR processes and shared services, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, including recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment of HR operations with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or shared services within financial services or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and developing talent.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology, systems, and process automation.
- Experience driving process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with HR systems and technology, including ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR operations with broader organizational goals.
