Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 while also utilizing tools like micrometers, calipers and indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform measurements using micrometers and other precision instruments to verify product specifications.
  • Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of corrective action plans as needed.
  • Analyze inspection data to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions that enhance product quality.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain records for traceability.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Aerospace principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers and indicators for accurate measurements.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, including AS9100
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
