Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage transportation, warehouse distribution, procurement, and inventory control processes, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This role requires strong data analysis skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and a proactive approach to process improvement. The Logistics Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting overall supply chain excellence.
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team, with an anticipated start date of January 5, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound deliveries of ingredients and packaging materials, as well as outbound shipments of finished products.
- Maintain and update raw material inventory records in Manbase and supporting spreadsheets.
- Arrange and process UPS and FedEx shipments for customer samples (excluding Lab-related samples).
- Verify Certificates of Analysis (CofA), lot numbers, and quantities upon receipt of materials.
- Update Finished Goods Reports to reflect outgoing shipments.
- Provide administrative support to management, including special projects and assigned tasks.
- Transfer and reconcile data between Excel spreadsheets and Manbase as needed.
- Communicate daily with customers regarding shipping schedules, deliveries, and receiving updates.
- Schedule product pickups and coordinate shipments with offsite warehouse (PCW).
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding finished goods inventory status or discrepancies.
- Receive leaking or damaged pallets and prepare required Quality Control (QC) documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or warehouse distribution roles.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Word Processing, Internet Software, E-mail, and other analytics tools.
- Experience with materials handling equipment like forklifts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge or understanding of supply chain analytics is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities including root cause analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments including production planning, shipping & receiving, and inventory control.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities within fast-paced environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
