Now Hiring: Part-Time Donation Pricing Associate

Join our team at the ReStore We're looking for a motivated Donation Pricing Associate to help process and price quality donations in our stockroom. This role is ideal for someone with great communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and price donated items based on quality, condition, and market trends.
  • Organize and stock merchandise efficiently to maintain a well-presented retail environment.
  • Oversee donation intake and assess the quality of incoming items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
  • Assist with retail operations, including running the cash register and completing sales.
  • Follow all store policies and procedures.
  • Review inventory with the ReStore Manager to identify and re-price or remove "stale" items.
  • Support recycling and scrap initiatives to fund equipment needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of fair market values for new and used building materials preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform manual labor, and work on your feet throughout the day.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to supervise volunteers with diverse skill levels.
  • Basic math skills required for pricing, retail math, and cash handling responsibilities.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandising preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
