IT Technician Role:
- Interfacing with customers and provide troubleshooting via calls, email, and in person.
- General troubleshooting. Breaking complex issues into smaller components, testing pieces, verifying conclusions.
- Working on a computers on various operating system.
- Lifting heavy objects such as servers or networking equipment.
- Running and terminating ethernet cables.
- Driving to and from customer sites for troubleshooting and deliveries.
- Network troubleshooting.
- PC Hardware troubleshooting.
- Keeping documentation up to date.
- Keeping up with ticketing system.
- Tracking software and hardware for updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
