Veterinary Receptionist/CSR

A progressive four doctor practice is looking for an experienced customer service representative. At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is required with proficiency in multiple phone lines, online scheduling, and basic computer skills. Scheduling software is a cloud based system called Vetter, experience with Cornerstone and similar systems easily translate.

The position available is for full time with rotating weekends (8:30a-1:30pm when on weekends). Closing and weekend shifts are always rotated and we are closed on all major holidays. Continuing education is available to qualified individuals. Our hospital has a positive atmosphere and values the work/life balance that is often hard to achieve in the veterinary industry.
