Role Overview

The company is seeking a
General Manager (GM)
to guide one of its fastest-growing business lines. The GM will oversee technical strategy, product direction, and commercial execution. The position combines product leadership with operational command, offering full accountability for growth, performance, and customer adoption.

The successful candidate will bring the ability to translate platform capability into measurable enterprise outcomes. The GM will focus on building scalable systems, disciplined operations, and global customer engagement that strengthen the company's leadership in intelligent SaaS architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business strategy, ensuring product evolution supports market demands and customer scalability.
  • Manage collaboration between engineering, data science, and design teams to maintain high technical standards.
  • Define measurable goals for product efficiency, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue.
  • Develop frameworks for reliable deployment, continuous delivery, and end-to-end performance visibility.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders to refine positioning, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Build leadership depth across all functional areas, emphasizing accountability and collaboration.

Profile

  • Fifteen or more years of experience in cloud software or platform engineering, including senior leadership of complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of distributed computing, API design, containerization, and SaaS delivery infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated record of scaling recurring revenue while maintaining system stability and customer trust.
  • Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams that combine software engineering, data operations, and customer delivery.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution detail.
  • Skilled communicator who can align technical ambition with business strategy and investor expectations.
