Our summer internship program offers a hands-on, immersive experience across the full real estate lifecycle, providing mentorship, professional development, and exposure to real-world projects.

Job Description:
The MCB Real Estate Internship is an 8-week paid program designed for students interested in commercial real estate. Interns will rotate weekly through various departments within MCB, following the chronological order of a project from acquisitions, through development, construction, leasing, marketing, property management, and concluding with asset management. This structured approach, achieved through departmental rotations, allows interns to gain practical experience and insight into each stage of the real estate project, grasping the functions, objectives, and significance of each department.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly departmental rotations and site visits
  • Assist with real-world projects and analyses across all key departments
  • Contribute to the capstone project, including research, design, financial modeling, and presentation
  • Attend mentorship meetings, luncheons, and professional development sessions
  • Prepare for interviews and career opportunities with guidance from MCB mentors

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (rising junior or rising senior)
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
