Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Director, located in Los Angeles, CA (Skid Row area). The Program Director will oversee daily operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical and operational practices, supervising team members, monitoring budgets, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This individual will work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to create an environment conducive to recovery and growth. Salary $90K-$100K.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative workplace
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings, particularly in substance use treatment programs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operations management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment methods
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to work on-site and support a dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA
  • Certifications or licensure in substance use treatment or behavioral health is a plus
