Administrative Technician III E16C

This position is located in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains the training schedule including coordinating with internal and external training providers. 

Provides customer services for enrollment questions including drops and adds, maintains a wait list for classes and assists with setting up classes for emergency requests. 

Creates and maintains data tracking for the training department.

Primary person responsible for managing College of Direct Supports, the online training platform that is accessed by both DDS and provider staff.  This includes setting up new users, assigning learning lessons, adding and removing provider agency administrators, sharing and transferring records with provider agencies, maintaining forms, and customer support daily.

Assists with review of case management checklists and required training.

Provides administrative support to the DDS Training Department including setting up trainings, sending invites, tracking attendance, etc. 

Creates and revises necessary forms for the administration of the training program.
