• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

• Experience with sales forecasting, business analysis, or related fields with a consumer-packaged goods company.
• Experience with statistical models and measurement techniques (e.g., generalized linear models, time series analysis).
• Experience with developing forecasting tools and enhancing reporting capabilities.
• Ability and aptitude to quantify and support conclusions with data.
• Excellent attention to detail on all projects and deliverables, ability to independently troubleshoot and root cause problems.

The Global Sales Operations team drives sales efficiency and goal achievement by managing the global sales forecast and essential operational processes. We actively shape Supply and Demand Planning strategies to align with financial budgets and projections. By creating and aligning forecast scenarios, we influence cross-functional teams to maximize market share and net revenue.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between global sales strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment and maximizing effectiveness. You will contribute to long-term strategic planning, leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, provide insightful data analysis and recommendations, as well as support robust forecasting and planning. You will lead key projects to enhance sales operations and systems, own specific regional deliverables and serve as a subject matter expert in forecasting, including end-to-end product portfolio management from concept phase to end-of-life for prior generations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Partner with regional Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain leaders to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Drive operational efficiency by improving processes for supply allocation, lost sales, and forecast accuracy. Advocate for the adoption of new tools and systems.
• Own forecasting best practices, including Lifetime Volume and the annual sales plan, by developing sophisticated models and statistical analyses.
• Manage product forecasts from concept to end-of-life. Develop long-range financial plans by analyzing strategic impacts like capacity, market trends, and lifecycle scenarios, tracking key milestones throughout.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights through sales reporting, KPIs, and forecasts. Identify strategic risks and opportunities, collaborating across functions on data-backed plans to mitigate risks and accelerate growth.
