Role Description

This part-time contract role, with potential for full-time, is based in Naples, FL. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and strategizing engaging content for various social media platforms. We are seeking a 
highly creative Social Media Content Creator
 to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands.

In this role, you will:

  • Design aesthetic graphics and carousels for business social accounts
  • Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts
  • Help craft content tailored to each client's target demographic
  • Work closely with the founder in a flexible, startup-style environment
  • Bring innovative ideas, trends, and storytelling into the content process

This role is open to students or any creatives who have strong skills and a passion for social media.

Note from Founder: This is a hybrid role, but very flexible in when/ where you would like to work during remote time. As long as the work is getting done and we are meeting 1x weekly in-person, I am very flexible in the time/location you work

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong creativity and aesthetic sense
  • Advanced Canva knowledge
     or proficiency in similar design tools
  • Experience editing short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
  • Understanding of current social trends and best practices
  • Ability to ideate and contribute in creative meetings
  • Portfolio of previous work 
    or
     willingness to create sample content
  • Personal social media experience is a 
    plus
     (helps understand audience engagement)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Students are welcome — talent and creativity matter most.
