The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• ED/UCC experience preferred.
• New grads with strong emergency or paramedic/EMT experience will be considered.
• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS and BLS are a plus.
• Current IN state license is a plus.
• Potential to be cross credentialed at Community Hospital, St. Mary Medical Center, and St. Catherine Hospital.

The Practice

Community Hospital – Munster, Indiana

• Comprehensive Stroke Center and Accredited Chest Pain Center.
• 445-bed hospital with 32 Emergency Department beds plus 15 hallway beds.
• Annual volume of 70K with a 30%25 admit rate.
• Epic EMR with M-Modal Dictation.
• 24-hour RADS coverage, psychiatric social workers, case managers, physical therapists, and social workers also on site.
• Vituity's 2022 Distinguished Practice Award recipient.
