Are you organized, friendly, and love creating a welcoming first impression?

We're looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Stuart, Florida. Our high-end window treatment showroom caters to homeowners, designers, and contractors seeking beautiful, custom solutions.

This is a front-of-house role that's essential to delivering a seamless experience for every guest who walks through our doors or calls our showroom.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for all walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries—creating a warm and professional experience.

  • Coordinate appointments for design consultations and installations.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations—emails, scheduling, vendor communication, filing, and light showroom upkeep.

  • Track and support the order flow—from deposit collection and vendor orders to installation scheduling and post-install follow-up.

  • Keep the showroom tidy, organized, and client-ready.

  • Collaborate with designers, installers, and sales staff to keep projects moving smoothly.

Position Details

  • Location: Stuart, FL

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday

  • Compensation: K (depending on experience)

  • Start Date: As soon as possible (our current coordinator is relocating out of the country in three weeks)
