Job Description:
As the
Estimator
, you will oversee and manage the estimating process for commercial construction projects. Your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, fostering relationships with subcontractors, and leading a team of estimators.

Estimator Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
  • Manage bid processes from pre-construction to submission.
  • Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.

Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborative team environment.

Estimator Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
