Senior Supply Chain Manager
to lead purchasing, inventory, and contract manufacturing operations for a rapidly growing client This hands-on, strategic role offers visibility across global teams and the opportunity to shape the supply chain supporting major customers.

Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually + bonus

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and vendor management.
  • Oversee contract manufacturing partners (U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Morocco) and ensure production, quality, and cost targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in SAP-based planning and logistics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to meet customer and production goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain leadership with contract manufacturing exposure.
  • Expertise in sheet metal, plastics, or moldings (telecom, automotive, or related industries).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and global manufacturing standards.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Six Sigma Certification or Continuous Improvement mindset preferred.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
