Role Overview:
As a Food Runner, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food items. Your enthusiastic and professional demeanor will enhance the dining experience for our guests and foster cooperation among co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in designated areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the venue layout, including table numbers and seating arrangements.
  • Serve and present dishes in accordance with established standards—consistency matters
  • Facilitate clear communication of special orders, dietary restrictions, and allergies between servers and chefs.
  • Deliver food to guests with positivity and professionalism.
  • Sustain effective communication with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
  • Uphold environmental responsibilities through proper waste management in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure superior guest service standards.
  • Maintain adherence to health code and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills to interact with management, team members, and guests.
  • Strong organizational abilities and experience in multitasking.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfort in a noisy and dynamic work environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
