Senior Requirements Management Analyst, DOORS

Typical Responsibilities:
- Implements enterprise requirements management information systems – specifically IBM
- DOORS – usage across shipbuilding programs.
- Executes the implementation of advanced software features such as the Change Proposal System (CPS).
- Manages processes and works with stakeholders to ensure standardized data entry.
- Manages requirements database configuration user access, and data baselines.
Typical Physical Activity: Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion.
Typical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $90,000 – 120,000. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience.
Eligibility for a SECRET Security Clearance is Required: This position requires eligibility for a Secret security clearance, to be obtained after hire. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; therefore, only current U.S. citizens will be considered for this position.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- IBM Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS) advanced level training/certification, or other similar or equivalent requirements systems training/certification.
- At least six (6) years of professional experience administering and maintaining requirements documentation related to a defense program.
- Experience should include at least three (3) years administering and maintaining requirements management information systems.
- Proficiency with common productivity software including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Training or experience with DOORS DXL development is preferred.
