Warehouse Picker (Night Shift)

Location: Frederick, MD | Serving Mid-Atlantic & Northeast Markets

Rainforest Distribution is a rapidly growing, full-service food & beverage distributor based in Frederick, MD. We specialize in offering new, innovative, healthy, perishable, local, and emerging food & beverage brands that require personalized support and incubation. Our commitment to quality and service drives our success, and we're looking to add experienced Warehouse Pickers to our team who will help us meet our daily operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack daily orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ensure product quality and inventory accuracy during the picking process.
  • Retrieve items from shelves or storage areas based on Pick Stickers
  • Follow specific instructions to pick the correct quantity, size, and type of product.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00+ per hour (full pay based on hourly rate plus bonus)

Schedule:

  • 10-hour shifts
  • Sunday to Thursday
  • Holidays
  • Night shift (weekends included)

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay (Paid per case after 90 days)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English language proficiency (preferred)
