Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that empower business decision-making, improve operations, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS cloud services, data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with hands-on experience deploying end-to-end ML pipelines on AWS.Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Exploration:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using AWS tools and Python-based frameworks.
- Model Development:
- Build, train, and evaluate predictive and classification models using AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.
- ETL & Data Preparation:
- Utilize AWS Glue, Redshift, Textract, and other AWS services for data ingestion, transformation, and preprocessing.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Machine Learning Pipeline Development:
- Design and automate end-to-end ML workflows and deployment pipelines on AWS.
- Implement CI/CD for model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Model Deployment & Monitoring:
- Deploy models using SageMaker and Lambda for scalable API-based services.
- Set up monitoring systems to track performance, drift, and accuracy.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, datasets, and workflows.
- Present analytical reports and model results to stakeholders.
Technical Skills Required:
- AWS Cloud Services:
- SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, S3.
- Machine Learning Frameworks:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
- Programming Languages:
- Python (preferred), R, SQL.
- Data Processing:
- Experience with ETL workflows, data pipelines, and big data processing.
- Model Deployment & Monitoring:
- Proficiency in building APIs, MLOps practices, and AWS-hosted deployment architectures.

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour
