Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a CRM Product Manager - MN to join their team. As a CRM Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead CRM transformation initiatives, particularly Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations.
  • Manage end-to-end data migration lifecycles, ensuring data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, including risk mitigation and rollback plans.
  • Cleanse, audit, and validate data to ensure quality and compatibility.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to align on requirements and resolve issues.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, and cleansing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain detailed records of migration processes for compliance and future reference.
