Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop Sales Team: Hire, coach, and manage Hospital Sales Representatives to achieve national sales goals and ensure positive customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., National Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR) and leadership to align on business plans and brand strategy execution.
- Drive Performance & Strategy: Oversee regional sales performance, ensure quota attainment across the portfolio, and provide strategic field insights to leadership.
Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech sales/account management experience
- 3+ years direct people Leadership Experience (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in plasma, haematology, critical care, or immunotherapy (MUST HAVE)
- Experience selling into hospitals (MUST HAVE)
- Proven experience in rare disease, biologics, buy and bill, and specialty drugs preferred
- Strong strategic mindset
