Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled and creative Nail Technician to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for artistry, cleanliness, and customer experience. You'll provide manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and wellness-driven beauty services in a relaxing, uplifting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation according to Illinois state board requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients through great communication, professionalism, and care.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, products, and techniques.
- Promote products and services available within the Beautiful Potential brand (Wellness Bar, Creative Studio, Events, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members for community events and client experiences.
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Illinois Nail Technician License (Required).
- Proven experience in a salon or spa setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols.
- Passionate about creativity, beauty, and empowering others.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow within a supportive community.
