Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, floor care, and overall housekeeping management, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience.

What you'll do

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Execute floor care tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to ensure safety and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold operational efficiency and quality control.
  • Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional custodial services by responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
  • Assist in training new housekeeping staff on best practices and operational procedures.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management principles and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
